This recipe is just right for when you have frozen ripe bananas available and no time to make banana bread. You can also make this with peanut butter, but for anyone with peanut allergies, almond or even soy butter works great. This is a terrific after-school snack, too!

3 frozen bananas

1/3 cup almond butter, crunchy style

2 tablespoons honey

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup chocolate sauce

1/4 cup chopped almonds

Place bananas, almond butter, honey and salt in a food processor. Blend until well combined. Spoon into bowls and top with chocolate sauce and chopped almonds. Serve immediately and ENJOY!!
