Lynn Dugan, MS, RDN, is the founder of MyPlate2Yours, LLC, and she is a dedicated nutrition and health advocate for active people. As the mother of four children, she understands that life is busy and feeding a family with good nutrition can be a challenge.

Lynn helps others make healthy eating a reality by conducting cooking classes, both privately and at Marcel’s Culinary Experience in Glen Ellyn, IL. She is also an Adjunct Faculty Member in Nutrition at Benedictine University. In addition, Lynn actively promotes healthy eating within younger generations by teaching nutrition in a local elementary school’s after-school program. She also serves on the Glenbard High School District 87 Wellness Committee and is a program advisor for the high school’s Fuel Up to Play 60 program, promoting healthy eating and physical activity to the high school community.

Lynn is a registered and licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist and holds a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology. Previously, she worked for a cardiologist conducting clinical research in foods and pharmaceuticals and has published some of this work in the Journal of the American Medical Association. She also previously worked in nutrition communications at McDonald’s Corporation in Oak Brook, IL.

More recently, Lynn’s nutrition tips and culinary skills have been featured on WGN-Chicago, NBC 5-Chicago, and ABC 7-Chicago.

Lynn's faith in God is central to all she does and she knows that none of this would be possible without His daily guidance and help.
