I frequently bring this appetizer to parties. It’s portable, tasty, and, easy to make. You can use already prepared hummus or elevate the fresh taste and make easy Homemade Hummus. It’s a crowd pleaser!

Greek Style Hummus (serves 10-12)

2-pound container of prepared hummus or double recipe of Myplate2yours Homemade Hummus (add link)

2 plum tomatoes, diced small

1/2 English cucumber, diced small (or regular cucumber peeled and seeded)

1/3 cup sliced Kalamata olives

1/4 cup crumbled Feta cheese

Whole grain pita chips or whole grain mini pitas, cut into quarters

With a spreading knife or the back of a large spoon, spread hummus into an 9-inch pie plate, leaving 1/2-inch space on sides for toppings. Top with plum tomatoes, cucumber, and olives. Sprinkle with Feta cheese and serve with whole grain pita. Enjoy!
